We would like to inform you that the Nebraska Site is expected to experience extremely high temperatures over the next five days.

Due to the increased power demand associated with these conditions, we have been advised to expect mandatory curtailments from the utility provider during peak demand periods.

As these curtailments are utility-directed, they are outside of Rax Mining operational control. Our team will closely monitor the situation and restore mining operations as soon as the utility permits following each curtailment period.

Please expect intermittent downtime over the next five days. We will continue to keep you updated on any significant developments.
